S.B. 139  "Physician Assistants Amendments" is currently in process by the 2010 Utah State Legislature (copy attached).  UAPA's Board of Directors is asking for your assistance by contacting your respective legislators and asking for their support on this important legislation.  (Your representative/senator can be found at www.utahsenate.org)

Dear Senator/Representative _________________,

I am a practicing physician assistant constituent from your district and I respectfully ask you to support SB 139 when it comes up for a vote.  S.B. 139 contains important amendments to the Physician Assistant Practice Act that makes technical changes, equalizes the Physician Assistant Licensing Board, and improves the clinical training environment in Utah for Physician Assistant students.  I appreciate your consideration of S.B. 139.
